Altro APAC turn to Tech Precision to revamp company infrastructure
Part of a 100+ year old family founded business providing world class flooring and walling solutions across a variety of sectors including healthcare, aged care, education, hospitality and transport. Their industry-leading integrated wall protection and flooring systems are the best in the business.
Business success was impressive growing from strength to strength; however, the IT systems were strangling APAC’s ability to join and operate under a true international IT infrastructure umbrella. Head office overseas were frustrated with no system documentation, no reporting, uncompleted IT projects, local IT partners limited technical understanding and poor communication. With a worldwide upgrade planned for role out a new IT partner was needed.
After taking the time to understand the desired outcome through open communication with all parties local and international, Tech Precision under took a staged approach. APAC critical business needs resolved first, bringing operating systems and infrastructure to current requirements, uncompleted projects resolved, business critical data protected. The servers were completely reconfigured in line with international needs and help implement access and processes for staff and management.
The designed outcome was achieved. The Altro APAC business success continues as the business was able to keep focus. The IT systems are operating locally and international as one.
